English Speaking Course

Improve your English with regular one-on one practice. In this ten-class course, we’ll converse about a wide range of topics.

We’ll talk about things that are happening around the world, giving you opportunities to express your opinion, offer feedback, and practice agreeing and disagreeing.

We’ll talk about work and different ways of resolving challenging and sensitive situations.

We’ll talk about sports, competition and conflict situations.

We’ll talk about music, entertainment, travel, and hobbies.

    English Speaking Course

    This course is for you if you need to speak more:

    • clearly
    • confidently
    • fluently
    • effectively

    During this English speaking course, you’ll learn to speak clearly and confidently wherever you go. That may be your workplace, school, professional group, club or clinic – anywhere that you expect to rely on English for your communication.

    This course is for you if you struggle to:

    • find appropriate words and vocabulary
    • understand implied meanings
    • comprehend expressions, gestures, and other non-verbal communication.
    • avoid miscommunication

    By the end of this course, you’ll feel more confident starting and engaging in conversations both at work and outside work.

    Format for English Speaking Course

    The English speaking course is available as a one-on-one program and as a small group program.

    One-on-one
    English Speaking Course

    The one-on-one English course offers maximum flexibility, so if you have a schedule the fluctuates from week to week, this is probably your best choice. For each class, you can choose the best time for you.

    Your English conversation course will be online using the zoom platform.

    Materials are included. You will usually have an article to read to get you thinking about the topic and familiarize yourself with what may be some unfamiliar vocabulary.

    Cost:

    The cost of this 10-hour course is $400 CDN

    Group
    English Speaking Course

    The group English Speaking course is a daytime program at 1pm on Wednesdays. If your schedule is stable , this is probably your best choice.

    Your group will include up to 4 participants.

    Your English conversation course will be online using the zoom platform.

    Materials are included. You will usually have an article to read to get you thinking about the topic and familiarize yourself with unfamiliar vocabulary.

    The cost of this 10-hour course is $200 CDN
