What Will I Learn in the Graph Workshop?
This graph workshop is intended for students who need to achieve 7+ in the IELTS Academic Writing Section and 70+ in the CAEL Speaking Section.
In this graph workshop, we look at how to prepare a written response to the graph in IELTS Academic writing task 1…
…and how to prepare a spoken response to the graph in CAEL Independent Speaking task 3.
You will learn:
* about formatting your response
* how to organize your response
* key techniques for a higher score
* phrases & vocabulary to describe graphs
* how to give your response depth
This graph workshop is a one-hour class.
There are 3-6 people in the class.
This class uses an online zoom classroom and caters to both IELTS academic and CAEL students because the requirements are similar.
What is included?
After the class, each participant will receive:
* a written sample response pattern
* feedback on one response
* class notes
A Typical Graph Question
The Line Graph question asks you to summarize a Graph. These diagrams are also called graphs. They are often used to show trends, so when you think about your summary, your focus should be on the trends that you see during the identified period.
