These free CELPIP Speaking Practice Workshops will provide you with immediate feedback on what you do well, and what you need to do differently in order to improve your CELPIP test score.
When we meet
The Free CELPIP Speaking workshops are on Tuesdays between 11am and noon Eastern Standard Time (EST). That’s 7pm in Saudi Arabia and 8pm in the UAE. These online workshops are 100% free via zoom.
To participate in our free CELPIP Speaking
All you need to do is show up. When 11am comes, I’ll pick the first 4 participants in the waiting room, and we’ll get started.

Workshop Structure
During the workshop, we’ll work through a practice test, using the timer for both preparation and delivery.
All four participants will have the opportunity to prepare a response to each question, but only one person will deliver their response to each question. Everyone should be able to share one response from questions 1-4, and one response from questions 5-8.
We’ll listen to the response, and everyone will have an opportunity to criticize it before I provide my feedback and possibly clarify some grammatical or structural points.
Rules
Sections of the workshop will be posted on YouTube so, by participating in the workshop, you are agreeing to having your image, your spoken response, and your feedback shared publicly on YouTube.
You must be on a computer or iPad with a large enough screen to see my shared PowerPoint slides. You cannot participate on a phone.
Be polite and courteous, or I’ll remove you from the classroom.
You can attend more than one free English CELPIP Speaking workshop, but new students, or particularly easy-going participants, get priority.
